I am happy to support AWF's grant making, including their Women’s Pathway to Success Program—in the first six-months of this five-year program, AWF and their grantee partners have accomplished the following for women that are at or below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines:

•1011 women had access to workforce training and development, micro-enterprise development, childcare, financial literacy, or employment opportunities.
•    •186 have been able to secure a job within 3 months of completing a program supported through this grant.
•    •143 childcare scholarships/free childcare services have been provided.
•    •80 women have participated in microenterprise development and 13 microloans have been provided.
•    •53 new businesses have been created
•    •50 women have achieved economic stability. (Make a living wage based on the MIT Living Wage Calculator, Georgia).
•    •43 new jobs have been created.
